Q1. Can we place sample order for haze machine? A: Yes, we do accept sample orders for testing and quality checking. Q2. What is the lead time? A: Sample lead time 3-5 days, lead time for bulk order will be 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 50 pcs. Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for DMX haze machine? A: As a factory, we do require MOQ for bulk order. However, we do accept sample orders for fog machine within 10 pcs. Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on Stage Haze Machine? A: Yes, we can print logo on your ordered stage haze machines, boxes and cartons. Q6. Do you provide OEM/ODM service? A: Yes, we do provide OEM services to our clients, such as printing logo on the haze machines and cartons. With our own R&D team, allows us to provide ODM services to our clients too, which means we can design the products according to your requirements. Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the haze machines? A: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our fog machines, cold pyro spark firework machines and haze machines. Q8: Are your products with DMX-512 control? A: Yes, most of our stage effects products like fog machines, cold firmwork machines and haze machines are DMX-512 control available. However, to fufill the market needs, we do provide low power consumption products which without DMX-512 control, which mostly for fog machines.
